Huey Mack – Bright Lights and Long Nights
Oct 10th
I loved the first mixtape from my man Huey Mack so I was ready when he released his second mixtape yesterday. This kid has a low profile in the hip hop community but he is definitely gaining momentum especially with guys like E. Dan and Big Jerm producing his tracks. Just like the last one this mixtape is ill so make sure you download it. This kid is ready to blow up so don’t miss it.

Diggy’s latest mixtape is definitely highly anticipated among hip hop enthusiasts. Many have doubted his ability to rhyme but he has shut his haters up. Surprisingly his last few releases have been definite fire. His new mixtape Airborne is almost here abd Diggy will be looking to stake his claim in the hip hop world. For now make sure to get his latest single, Oh Yeah! ft. Lupe Fiasco & Pharrell. Download it here.

Jay-Z & Drake – Better Than Good Enough
Jul 20th
This is a great mixtape from two of today’s top hip hop artists Jay-Z and Drake. These guys are hotter than ever and this mixtape definitely showcases their full ability and good production. The mixtape features other top artists like Fabolous, T.I., Young Jeezy, Nas, and Dr. Dre. This is a hot mixtape for Summer 2010. Some of the songs are a little old but the over all quality of the hip hop on this mixtape is way too good to pass up. Download the full hip hop mixtape for free here.
T-nyce – In the Zone
Jul 12th
It’s been a little bit since I’ve done a review but I told my man T-nyce I would hook him up with this review. I’ve been super busy but I got a little time to listen to this mixtape and I am glad I did. In the world of hip hop there are plenty of artists trying to make it to the top and many of them are no where close to the quality of today’s greatest hip hop artists but T-nyce definitely is. This guy has the quality production and killer flows to make it to the top. You should check out T-nyce’s latest mixtape In the Zone here.

Klassik of BFG – Sleep When I Die
Jul 6th
I just started listening to this mixtape and had to put it up cause it was so dope. I hadn’t heard of this kid but he’s certainly killing it. His Japan Airlines verse is so good I had to listen to it a second time to get the full effect. The whole mixtape is surprisingly well produced. Klassik has a really good sound and crazy flow. I highly suggest you download his Sleep When I Die mixtape.
Tae N Ace – Already Famouz “The Warm Up”
Jun 25th
I don’t know much about rap in Omaha, Nebraska but I do know about Tae N Ace. The rap duo, in my opinion, is one of the strongest candidates for the title of Omaha’s Best. They might not have the production team of today’s top artists but they certainly have a good flow and catchy hooks which they showcase on their latest mixtape Already Famouz “The Warm Up”. These guys are doing everything they can to get hype up for there newest mixtape and they deserve every bit of it. Make sure you give them some love and download Already Famouz “The Warm Up”. Make sure you check them out on Facebook and Myspace.
Wiz Khalifa – Everything Taylored
Jun 15th
I was so pumped when I discovered this brand new mixtape with exclusive Wiz Khalifa freestyles. I thought I had all of Wiz Khalifa’s stuff but was pumped when I found a few freestyles I hadn’t heard. Like all of Wiz’s stuff this is great. Included in the mixtape are hot songs like Cabin Fever, Addicted and Smoker Face. The tape has over 30 tracks so its packed with fresh stuff. I guarantee you haven’t heard all of these songs. Make sure you download Everything Taylored for free today.
Cee Colyown – PA Chapter One
Jun 1st
My man Cee Colyown hit me up when he dropped his latest mixtape PA Chapter One. He’s got some hot tracks on this new mixtape including freestyles over some hot tracks. As expected this mixtape isn’t super well produced but the rhymes are still catchy and the flow is unstoppable. I got to give my man props for being an unsigned and still putting out some fire. Make sure you support Cee Colyown a definite up and comer! Get the mixtape here!
Huey Mack – Wish Me Luck
May 11th
Now I have to admit I thought Wish Me Luck was terrible after listening to the first song. I had never heard of Huey Mack before and after the first song I was happy I hadn’t. I still wanted to give the guy a chance so I listened to the whole mixtape and I was pleasantly surprised. Huey is a white boy from West Virginia. I’m sure you would think the last person he would be compared with is Wiz Khalifa but suprisingly they are very similar. Both artists work with Johnny Juliano and ID Labs. Don’t get me wrong Wiz Khalifa is way better and is much more polished but Huey has serious potential. I have been listening to a lot of new stuff recently including Jeezy’s new Trap or Die 2 but this is by far the best stuff I have heard since Kush and Orange Juice came out. I can’t wait to hear more stuff from this guy. Check him out on Myspace and definitely download Wish Me Luck. Leave your opinion of Wish Me Luck below.
Young Jeezy – Trap or Die 2
May 5th
Young Jeezy’s highly anticipated mixtape Trap or Die 2 is finally out and has some solid songs. The mixtape features some solid artists sush as Plies, Trick Daddy, Baby, and Bun B. I am not impressed with a few of the songs. But there are a few songs that are well worth downloading this mixtape. Lose My Mind ft. Plies and My Tool ft. Baby and Bun B are great songs. For me this mixtape doesn’t even compare with Wiz Khalifa’s Kush and Orange Juice which is what I’ve been bumping lately. Make sure you support Jeezy and download Trap or Die 2.
