Now I have to admit I thought Wish Me Luck was terrible after listening to the first song.  I had never heard of Huey Mack before and after the first song I was happy I hadn’t.  I still wanted to give the guy a chance so I listened to the whole mixtape and I was pleasantly surprised.  Huey is a white boy from West Virginia.  I’m sure you would think the last person he would be compared with is Wiz Khalifa but suprisingly they are very similar.  Both artists work with Johnny Juliano and ID Labs.  Don’t get me wrong Wiz Khalifa is way better and is much more polished but Huey has serious potential.  I have been listening to a lot of new stuff recently including Jeezy’s new Trap or Die 2 but this is by far the best stuff I have heard since Kush and Orange Juice came out.  I can’t wait to hear more stuff from this guy.  Check him out on Myspace and definitely download Wish Me Luck.  Leave your opinion of Wish Me Luck below.
